Payment Terms

• Final payment: Remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final deliverables are released
• Late payments: Invoices not paid within 30 days may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge
• Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced

Project Timelines

We strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines. However:

• Timelines are estimates and may be affected by project complexity
• Client delays in providing feedback, content, or approvals may extend timelines
• Force majeure events may impact delivery schedules
• Rush requests may incur additional fees

Limitation of Liability

Arbitration

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class or representative action.
